At Brasserie One our philosophy is to serve quality food, Alan and his team cook simple dishes, sometimes rustic sometimes classic, using the freshest of local ingredients, local suppliers and sensibly priced. Our friendly staff can aid you in selecting from our wonderful wine list. Brasserie One offers all you hope for in a fine dining restaurant, atmosphere, intimacy, elegance yet relaxed and informal, it has great views of the Georgian streetscape and of course fantastic food and wine.

Best of Bridgestone 2011 Speciality nights also occur in Brasserie One, such as tasting nights comprising of a multicourse tasting menu along with a wine flight( a series of wines to accompany each dish). Guest Chef nights, sample other restaurants right here in Brasserie One, friends and collegues of Alan's from both Ireland and Scotland take over the kitchen for a night to weave their magic.

The drawing room is the heart of the house with a grand old original marble surround and burning turf fire. Afternoon Tea is served from 3 to 6pm and is a real treat at No. 1.

  • Classic afternoon tea - finger sandwiches, Musetti tea selection, freshly baked pastries and scones: €15
  • Champagne afternoon tea - all of the above with a glass of Pierre Moncuit Champagne: €27
  • Pink Champagne afternoon tea - €30 per person and we donate €3 to Breast cancer research.
