Take the N20 / N21 to Limerick. Follow the signs for Limerick's
City Centre. At the traffic signals turn right on to Childers Road.
At roundabout take 1st exit on to Roxboro Road. At 2nd set of traffic
signals turn left on to Carey's Road. At 2nd set of traffic signals
turn right. Take next left on to Mallow Street, take 1st left onto
Pery Square. No. 1 Pery Square is at the end of the street on your
right.

Take the N18 directly into Limerick, at the roundabout on Shannon
Bridge take the second exit, on Henry Street take the second right
then take a right on to O'Connell Street, continuing onto
The Crescent. At the end of The Crescent, you will see Barrington
Street on your left. Turn into Barrington Street and No. 1 Pery
Square is at the end of the street on your left.

(Carlow/Kilkenny/Tipperary/Waterford/Wexford)
Take the N24 to Limerick. Follow the signs for Limerick's City
Centre, turning onto Upper Gerald Griffin Street. Continue onto
Parnell Street and at pedestrian crossing turn right onto Davis
Street. Turn left at the end of the road onto Pery Street. Continue
straight across Mallow Street onto Pery Square. No. 1 Pery Square
is at the end of the street on your right.
