Ideally nestled in Limerick’s Georgian Quarter, the understated elegance of No. 1 is a perfect intimate wedding venue. Weddings are accommodated on a private hire capacity and enable you and your guests exclusive use of the house.
We can accommodate up to 85 persons comfortably in our Drawing Room or Brasserie. Our private terrace/garden is perfect for summer receptions and cosy up to the roaring fires in the Park Room at wintertime.

Menu’s are seasonally based and all tailor-made, using local produce where possible. Directly across from our hotel is the award winning “People’s Park”, the perfect back-drop for wedding photographs.

Civil Ceremonies at No.1 Pery Square
We welcome ceremonies for all occasions and have catered for numerous Civil Ceremonies over the past 4 years since opening, including Civil Partnership, Multi-cultural, Humanist & Spiritual Ceremonies. Civil Registrars conduct wedding ceremonies Monday – Friday only. However, a Humanist Minister or legal solemniser can officiate at your wedding ceremony on any day of the week.
When you simply want to be surrounded with your dearest family and friends on your wedding day, the Drawing Room offers a location that is gracious in style and ambiance, bathed in natural daylight & with views of the tree lined People's Park, we can accommodate up to 80 guests in a theatre style layout, the Drawing Room is the perfect venue for your intimate ceremony or the perfect venue for your drinks reception.
